Frequently Asked Questions

Does my child need prior programming experience to attend this course?

No. All students will have the same starting point of being introduced to programming and the Swift language. However, as this is an intermediate course, being comfortable with coding concepts and being strong in math subjects will be extremely beneficial.

Considering that some students might already have experience in programming, are different skill levels accommodated in this course?

DMA courses and curriculum are closely reviewed, improved and expanded upon each year. We specifically build advanced extensions and challenges that allow us to accommodate a range of skill levels and abilities. This along with a very skilled instructional staff and small student to staff ratio allows us to individualize, customize and offer plenty of 1-on-1 time for each student.
