Information is power, and it needs to be protected! In this course, you’ll learn how to create your own ciphers and encryption algorithms, and with that understanding, how to set up and apply modern day encryption techniques. Learn basic programming techniques to encrypt your own secret codes and messages.

Take a deeper dive into network security, learning how the internet operates and how you can protect yourself and those around you. Script a port scanner to find where you’re vulnerable, set up secure networks, and become an “Ethical Hacker”.

Computer programming code runs your devices and the world. Our Programming courses prepare students with the skills they need to develop their own apps and games in languages such as C#, Java, and Swift. In the Cybersecurity and Cryptography course, students will learn to create and solve encryption puzzles and ciphers, set up and secure networks, and become cyber sleuths in order to protect themselves and others from those who would do cyber-harm.

Camp Upgrades

Lunch Plan

Get lunch on campus so you don’t have to pack your own. Lunch Plans start at $75/week at select locations.

Overnight Housing

Stay in the dorms and eat on-campus, Sunday through Friday. Overnight Housing is $695/week where available.

Weekend Stay

Add Weekend Stay and enjoy extra activities and day trips around the area. Weekend Stay is $395/weekend at select locations.

DMA Online

Frequently Asked Questions

If a student already has some experience, are different skill levels accommodated in the course?

Instructors and TAs are always willing to modify and customize curriculum to make sure that all students are engaged and challenged. The first day or so will be utilized to gauge students’ individual skills and strengths. We also have advanced extensions for every course, so teachers can challenge advanced students.
