The hallmark of Digital Media Adventures is its superior instructors. Other kids’ summer computer camps, by necessity, hire young people barely out of high school as instructors. They both teach and supervise campers, working day and night.

At Digital Media Adventures, we have a different approach. Our master instructors have a level of expertise you simply will not find at other computer camps. They include outstanding classroom teachers and real-world industry professionals, working in the fields of 3D animation, video production and game design who also have a passion for teaching kids.

We invest in top-notch instructors. Our instructors are older, more experienced, more professional, and are paid more than those at other computer camps – and it shows.

All-Adult Staff

At Digital Media Adventures, only trained, highly-qualified adults supervise your child. Our summer camp leaders are talented, energetic young professionals who love working with kids, but are not teenage kids themselves. All staff are hand-selected and carefully screened to ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone.

By differentiating between master instructors and staff, we carefully choose each of our team members to do what they do best. This approach ensures that our staff are fresh and motivated each day. You won’t find this arrangement at other major computer camps.

Energetic Counselors

In addition to superior, master teachers in the classroom, Digital Media Adventures carefully selects energetic, personable teaching assistants/counselors who know technology and who know kids. They’re knowledgeable about technology but they major in fun. Our course teaching assistants and counselors are young adults, most of whom are a full 21. All are at least college-age.

Our counselors are housed in the dorms and are there full time during evenings and weekends for our residential campers. Counselors are onsite 24/7 and always carry cell phones, so they can be easily reached.
