DMA Studios ages 15-18

DMA Studios offers advanced students the opportunity to participate in a real-world production environment. Students work together as a production team to produce a product – a video game, a film, an app – just like you’d find at an independent film studio or game company. Learn every aspect of professional media production including budgeting, planning, scheduling and production all under the supervision of an industry professional.

Reproduces the exciting real-world atmosphere of a Hollywood studio with an experience that rivals film camps costing thousands more. Be a vital part of a working film production team while learning the art of movie making – production, camera operation, sound, film & special effects editing, location shoots, auditions, casting, budgeting and film marketing.

 TEENS: DMA STUDIOS: APP DEVELOPMENT FOR IPHONE® & IPAD®

A dynamic NEW two-week DMA Studios experience. Work as a team to design and build—from the ground up—a fully functioning iPhone® or iPad® game using Objective C and Apple’s® SDK. Explore object-oriented programing techniques and the integration of computer graphics in depth.

 TEENS: DMA STUDIOS: 3D GAME PRODUCTION

Be a part of a real game-design team. You and your fellow campers work as a development team to create a game. Use industry-standard software like Autodesk® Maya®, Unity© and/or the Unreal Development Kit™ (UDK™) game engines to create games for multiple platforms including PC, console, web and smart-phone apps.
