Make your own game for the iPhone or iPod touch

Make your own Game for the iPhone® or iPod® Touch

Learn how to design and build an iPhone® app ready for publishing in the App Store and playable on the iPhone® or iPod touch®. You’ll assemble 3D game assets (either created by you in DMA’s “Introduction to 3D Art and Modeling for Game Design” course or provided by the instructor) to create a playable first- or third-person game.

Games come alive using the new Unity© game-development engine. You’ll learn how to script and build an iPhone® game. Upon completion of the course, you’ll have a finished game and an introduction to the fastest growing area of the game industry.

During camp, students are “loaned” Apple® Developer accounts. Afterwards, Apple requires students to purchase their own personal student Apple® Developer account in order to continue working on their game.
