F9: Display All Open Windows

F10: Display Windows From the Current Application

F11: Show the Desktop

The SwitchBar:

Cmd-Tab: Change Applications

Cmd-tilde (above Tab): Change Windows Within Current Application

Hold Shift to slow down Exposé animations.
