About Darlington County, South Carolina
DMA’s South Carolina program is hosted by the Darlington County Office of Education and located at the newly- completed Darlington Middle School in Darlington, South Carolina. Nearby Hartsville is a popular destination and home to historic Coker College and the prestigious Governor's School for Math and Science. World famous Darlington Raceway is just minutes away along with miles of peaceful tree lined streets and dozens of beautiful lakes. We highly recommend our Darlington program for a refreshing retreat and state-of-the-art DMA learning experience.
Course Offerings & Dates
Several 5-day courses will run each week for two weeks beginning June 9 and ending on June 20, 2008. Courses are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm. While no teen-specific courses are offered in Darlington, South Carolina, pro-series course are open to teens ready for a college-level experience.

Adult Program Options
A main purpose of the DMA courses in South Carolina is to serve the K-12 community in Darlington County. Each year however, numerous adult-learners and some teens attend from surrouning communities and even from out-of-state. While DMA will not be coordinating housing, out-of-town guests are encouraged to stay 10 minutes away in nearby Harstville, South Carolina. We recommed the Fairfield Inn in Hartsville. A list of hotels can be found here. A lunch plan may be purchased at the time of registration for your convenience.
