We are now in our eleventh summer of offering critically acclaimed camps and courses for kids, teens, and adult learners at prestigious universities across the US and Canada. At DMA our mission is to help all of our students to “create their own future” in an engaging, hands-on, and fun environment.

At DMA, we hire separate instructional staff and overnight staff. We don’t ask any of our staff to work 24-7. This allows our instructors and teaching assistants to focus on providing an amazing learning experience during the day and our overnight counselors to provide a great camp experience at night. It all adds up to a focused and refreshed staff and the best possible experience for our students, teachers and counselors. You won’t find this same arrangement at other similar camps. We offer competitive salaries and a professional working environment. This all adds up to great morale and many of our staff returning year after year.
