Now in our eleventh season of offering innovative and engaging summer camps and courses for kids, teens and adult learners, Digital Media Academy is truly a unique, and great place to work. Our team–both instructional and non instructional – is made up of educators, university instructors, talented graduate students, industry professionals and others, all with a common objective – to deliver learning experiences that are innovative, immersive and engaging. Why Join the DMA Team?

We hire separate instructional staff and over-night staff. We don’t ask instructors to work 24-7. This allows our instructors and teaching assistants to focus on providing an amazing learning experience during the day and our overnight counselors to provide a great camp experience at night. It all adds up to focused and alert staff and the best possible experience for our staff and our students. You won’t find this same arrangement at other major computer camps. Plus, we pay higher salaries and provide a more professional working environment. It all adds up to great moral and many of our staffers returning, year after year.
