Terms and Conditions for Summer 2010 Course Registration

Cancellations made by March 31, 2010 are eligible for a 100% credit (no cash value) or a full refund less a $100.00 administration fee. Cancellations beginning April 1 are eligible for 100% credit (no cash value) or a full cash refund for tuition less a $200.00 administration fee per week and a full cash refund for housing less a $125 administration fee per week. Cancellations made inside of 15 days but not less than 7 days prior to the start of a class are not eligible for a cash refund but will receive a 50% tuition-only credit (no housing refund or credit). Cancellations made inside of 7 days prior to the start of a class are not eligible for a refund or credit. If you cannot attend due to a family emergency or illness, we will attempt to accomodate another course week though all other cancellation policies apply. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to info@digitalmediaacademy.org.

Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the start of a course are eligible for a 100% credit (with no cash value) or a full cash refund less a $100.00 administration fee per course. Cancellations made inside of 15 days but not less than 7 days prior to the start of a class are not eligible for a cash refund but will receive a 50% credit (with no cash value). Cancellations made inside of 7 days prior to the start of a class are not eligible for a refund or credit. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to info@digitalmediaacademy.org.
