Adventures in Cartoon Creation
Ages 9-13
Do you enjoy watching cartoons like Scooby-Doo or The Clone Wars? Do you want to learn how animators at Disney or Pixar create movies and cartoons? In this exciting class, you will learn all about animation. First, you will create your own drawings and then you will explore ways to modify them on the computer. We will show you how to animate your drawings by learning about timelines and keyframes and by incorporating sound and special effects. You will then export your short animation cartoons to a DVD that you can share with your family and friends!
The first half of this course will be taught in conjunction with Adventures in Comic Creation. This course also includes outdoor recreation time and team building activities.
