3D Art, Modeling and Animation

Learn the fundamentals of 3D modeling and animation

In this survey course, you'll learn the basics of modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering and animation. You’ll create a basic room for use in either set design for movies or TV, or a basic level design for use in game technologies. In addition, we’ll cover basic animation principles including character animation using pre-built rigs. The final result will be your own animation, performing in your room or level design. The projects will be output in class and produced to a DVD.
