Terms and Conditions for Summer Program Registration

Course changes will incur a $25 admin fee. Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the start of a course are eligible for a refund less a $200 per course cancellation fee. Housing and dining fees less $125 per course are also refundable up until 15 days prior to the confirmed course week. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations within 15 days of the start of the course. In order to receive a refund (less $200) written notice must be received no later than Sunday at 11:59PM, two weeks and one day prior to the start of the week in which the course takes place.
