For Adults: Mastering Video Compression

Create great video and audio for the Internet and more

Master video compression. Explore all major video formats and how compressed video is used, including web applications, DVD and HD. Learn about a wide variety of some of the best editing tools available today. Analyze key aspects of the compressed video process for all types of media, including the internet and mobile platforms. Plus, learn optimized production and editing techniques for high-quality compression, pre-processing and automation. Finally you’ll learn how to design efficient workflows for high-volume projects. Each student is provided a dual OS (Mac/Windows) workstation with the latest versions of all the video compression tools and codecs installed.

Students are encouraged to bring their own video from home or work to use in the class.
